Testimonials:
I have worked with Wounded Warrior Homes since 2009 and watched it grow into the effective organization that it is today serving the hidden wounds of our post-9/11 veterans who suffer from PTSD and/or traumatic Brain Injury. Donor July 2023
Not even sure where to start... The people who volunteer and work for WWH are just as amazing as the veterans' they help. They're all hero's in my opinion and anytime I can help them, to help others, I will. If anyone reading this has any time or resources to donate to this fantastic organization, PLEASE do. Everyone's lives will benefit from it. Donor July 2023
We donated a cottage to Wounded Warrior Homes (WWH) that was installed as an ADU at one of the residences WWH operates to provide transitional housing for veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress and traumatic brain injury. Mia and Steve Roseberry, the Founders of Wounded Warrior Homes, are great people who are dedicated to our veterans. WWH does great work for our veterans. We are proud to partner Mia and her fabulous team to serve our deserving veterans. Mark L. Pilcher, Founder and President of the Warrior Village Project. July 2023
Wounded Warrior Homes has been here for me for quite a while now. I was discharged from the Marine Corps in 2015. Shortly after I was arrested for a couple assault charges. I was accepted to the Veterans Treatment Court to help clear my record. After finishing VTC I didn’t have a place to go. WWH opened their doors to me and haven’t stopped supporting me yet. After my time as a squad member of WWH I was able to move into my own place. Today I am back, this time as a tenant. They allowed me to rent their ADU in order to prepare for purchasing my own home.
I can’t thank WWH and their team enough for what they’ve done for me. Veteran Served October 2022
The separation from my wife left me homeless and financially unstable with my PTSD dominating every aspect of my life. After I graduated from Aspire Center for 9 months of intense inpatient therapy, Wounded Warrior Homes (WWH) gave me a base from which to get back on track and reintegrate with society; doing so with dignity and respect. Were it not for WWH, I do not know where I would be. Veteran Served October 2022
