Wright Path Ltd

Wright Path, Ltd was formed in August 2018 after the closing of the Lowrey Hotel in New Richmond, WI. The hotel served around 250 a year who needed affordable shelter. This is a need for any community. Even though we are small, we are doing our part to provide housing to those that need help. We currently have one house that houses 6 men. Our goal is to pay this one off and buy another. 

The purpose of the home is to help the men build their credit so they can qualify for permanent  housing. There is no time frame  as to how long they can stay there. We realize that every person is in their own unique situation and we work with each person accordingly. 

The men are responsible for paying their rent which is around $300 per month, keeping the home clean and doing the yard work. Since purchasing the home, we did major yard work, tree trimming, painting, new bathrooms, replaced the carpet with hardwood flooring among other normal home maintenance.
