YMCA of Northwest Louisiana

Our community needs wellness leaders like the Y.  Physical education classes are being cut across the schools, and kids are spending more time with electronic media and less time on physical activity.  Personal health and wellness are more important than ever.  The YMCA of Northwest Louisiana is serving more than 30,000 people annually in our community.  We need to continue providing this vital support in our time of need.

The YMCA of Northwest Louisiana is the prime wellness organization in our community that is open to all. We currently serve more than 5,000 participants annually in our youth sports programs, employ over 400 people in our community and collaborate with more than 30 other local nonprofits so collectively we can achieve our missions. We also offer fitness and wellness to those with special needs and teach life-saving water safety to every Caddo Parish second grader.
