Youth World Education Project

A nonprofit organization

Our mission is to bridge the gap between parental involvement, education, and workforce development with a system of supports that prepares youth to compete in the global economy and build social skills, resiliency, and self-sufficiency.

Youth World Education Project (YWEP) is a collection of child-centered programs that aims to collectively build and strengthen the family unit by bridging the gap between parental involvement, education, and workforce development. YWEP is a holistic organization that is transforming youth through Parent Initiatives and youth programs Preventive Awareness Geared to Elevation 1(P.A.G.E. 1) services disadvantaged youth in 3rd -8th grades. P.A.G.E. 1 will introduce early interventions in elementary grades to establish a critical foundation for school engagement. P.A.G.E. 2 services disadvantaged youth in 9th grade through one year post high school. P.A.G.E. 2 places continuous emphasis on post-secondary opportunities to increase youths' motivation to stay in school.
Although the P.A.G.E. programs are can be implemented with all children and youth, students with an incarcerated or single parent are identified as a priority. The programs serve youth and their families from urban, rural, and suburban neighborhoods across the county that are in jeopardy of not completing their education due to risk factors.
