Our Programs

Cultural Enrichment Program: Our Cultural Enrichment Program immerses participants in the rich teachings of Black culture through activities focused on Exploring Culture, Literature, and the Arts.

Life Skills Program: Through hands-on workshops, our Life Skills Program equips students with essential tools to become skilled, confident, and productive leaders in school, work, and life. These lessons strengthen families and inspire healthier, thriving communities.

Access to Awesome Program
Launched in 2023, Access to Awesome is our college and career readiness initiative for middle and high school students. The program prepares young people to take bold steps toward their future by:
✨Teaching them how to research and apply for scholarships
✨Building resumes and interview skills
                                              ✨Exploring career pathways through hands-on learning

Already, ATA has helped students collectively earn over $20,000 in scholarships, with our first cohort now attending four-year colleges. In 2025, we’re expanding ATA to reach even more students, ensuring every young person sees college and career success as an achievable reality.

YBS Kids Cares Program: YBS Kids Cares supports and gives back to schools, families in the communities by raising awareness and honoring those who uplift and support our neighborhoods.
