Y.O.G.A. for Youth has been teaching yoga techniques and principles to kids for over sixteen years. In that time, the organization has served over ten thousand youth, supporting the management of health, wellness, grief, anxiety, stress, violence, and other symptoms associated with anger that prevent brilliant little minds from realizing their full potential.
