You Have the Power…Know How to Use It, Inc. (a.k.a. You Have the Power or YHTP) is a non-profit agency that empowers those victimized by crime through education, advocacy, and understanding.

YHTP was founded in 1993 by former First Lady of Tennessee Andrea Conte, to advocate for victims and educate the community to prevent violent crime.
