Citizens Emergency Response Network (CERN), Inc. is a Bronx-based organization formed in 2011, incorporated in 2012 and granted 501c3 tax exempt status in 2014.  CERN’s mission is to promote emergency preparedness through communications, community resiliency, health and safety. Our primary areas of operation are Harlem and the Bronx, CERN is a fiscal sponsor for a host of community organizations & projects that focus on Community preparedness & Human Rights. CERN, Inc. is the Fiscal sponsor of The Incarcerated Nation Network, inc a 501 3 c Non profit Human Rights Organization with the Youth Anti Prison Project
