Global Storymakers’ mission is to create a culture of reading and education by and for young people all over the world. We believe when children learn to read and write, they possess the tools to become the best version of themselves.

In 2015, Global Storymakers launched a proprietary platform designed to help children tell their stories in their own words. When paired with our trained network of photographers, illustrators, writers and teachers, the possibilities of unlocking personal potential are endless.

Every child should have access to books and learning materials about people, places and things they see in their world, so they can have an active role in designing their own lives and communities.

More than one billion children in the world have never seen a book written in the language they speak at home. You have the power to change that.
