In July 2010, when Lauren Surprenant, Ministry Director, took over YFC Macomb, two students attended reguarly and pizza lunch averaged 35 students.  We now have 50+ on roster [aka regular attendees] and pizza lunch now averages 65 per week!

The only money charged for any services is our $2.00 Pizza Lunch - and this is enough to cover our costs. 

We do not charge for sodas, snacks, dinner for Junior High Campus Life, 5th Quarter snacks (averages 45+ kids) or one on one student lunches.

The Penny Wars are a fun way to help fund our food expense - with some fun competition!

For every coin collected, that number of points is positive [ex: a quarter = 25 points]

For every dollar bill/check collected, that number of points is deducted [ex: $10 = -1,000].  BUT these dollar bills can be inserted into the opposing teams just to deduct their points.  SO - just tell us when team you are supporting, and we will place the points in the appropriate account.

The winning team gets the "worlds' largest" ice cream sundae and the losing team has their student president made into an ice cream sundae: Senior High President Justin Derry and Junior High President Colton Markey.

To add excitement, if we raise $500, Lauren will also be slimed.  If we raise $1000, Lauren will do so on Skype & Youtube.
