AAFEO is a Phoenix based 501c 3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to reduce the recidivism in adults and youth through active engagement and community embeddedness. Our purpose is to assist ex-offenders in maintaining and staying out of prison/jails by providing direct assistance, information as well as resources to help with all aspects of reentry into society.

At AAFEO we provide direct on the ground hands on services and programs to name a few, we assisting clients with jobs by helping recognize skills, job applications, resume building, interview techniques, job coaching and development. We assist our clients in housing needs such as recognizing criteria for properties in advance of escorting our clients to locations. We hold events for youth and families to support family reunification as well as mentoring and peer support programs. Our budgeting and money management program teaches our clients how to budget finances including banks accounts, understanding credit and credit reports. We work with clinicians who assist our clients with mental and substance abuse needs. We also have Healthy Eating workshop which teaches families healthy eating habits as well as budgeting and meal prep. We are on the Governors Council for Reentry.
