To raise funds to award high school seniors scholarships for secondary education and to improve the Slidell Police Department's Booze N Cruise You Lose program.

Abby Danielle Reed was killed by a drunk driver while on her way to being born. Her mother Rachel was critically injured but survived the crash. She and Abby's grandmother have dedicated their lives to educating the public about the deadly consequences of Impaired Driving. Abby's Ark Foundation Inc. provides scholarships to high school seniors who meet the organization's criteria as well as helping the Slidell Police Department's Booze N Cruise You Lose program. Each year before prom Rachel joins the Slidell Police Dept. in presenting the Booze N Cruise You Lose program to local high school seniors in the hope of saving lives! Abby's Ark was founded in memory of Abby. The Ark not only represents a saving vessel but it is also the initials of Rachel's children Abby, Robert, and Kaylee.
