Achieva Family Trust

Celebrating 25 years of serving people with disabilities, Achieva Family Trust was created in 1998 to address parents' wishes to protect their children's futures. Achieva Family Trust is one of Pennsylvania's largest and most respected fiduciaries for special needs trusts. We have had a Regional Trust Liaison located in Erie since 2017. 

We are a nonprofit organization serving as a trustee for more than 2,500 people with disabilities. We are committed to serving people with all types of disabilities, including intellectual, physical, mental health, and autism.

In addition to serving as corporate trustee for special needs trusts we provide no-cost Benefits Counseling to assist people with disabilities in maintaining (or obtaining) vital government benefits such as Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
