Aransas County Medical Services, Inc. (ACMSI) mission is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community. We strive to fulfill evolving medical needs to improve health outcomes including preventive awareness, health education, disease prevention, and connecting individuals with essential resources to address the unique needs of our diverse population. By fostering a culture of excellence, we aim to deliver high-quality care, promote health literacy, equity, and empowerment.

ACMSI, a dedicated community health organization, is committed to advocating for better healthcare outcomes by providing facilities that bring high quality care to our citizens. As experienced State of Texas Community Health Workers, we help citizens navigate their healthcare needs to better understand their disease processes, and connect with essential community resources. To ensure accessibility, we provide gently used donated medical equipment to those in need. We prioritize health education and awareness through targeted campaigns, such as "There For YOU!" by donating sexual assault care bags , showing we are a community that cares and supports victims of Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence and Human trafficking. The "Harm Reduction" program provides Narcan along with CPR & First Aid training. Furthermore, ACMSI is dedicated to supporting community members in aging in place by offering resources and advocacy. Through collaborations with other non-profits, we are actively working to raise awareness and provide training to promote essential health and safety education. ACMSI is dedicated to making a positive impact on our community, fostering a healthier, more informed population.
