Adventum Mental Health Network is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that elevates mental health by building community, raising awareness, and connecting people with resources to facilitate their mental health journey. We explore the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and neuroscience to empower others towards self-regulation and co-regulation. Our programs include Adventum Youth Yoga Lab, Adventum Allostasis, and the Adventum Mindfulness Triathlon.

Adventum Youth Yoga Lab is the only youth yoga program offered in TISD and Smith County. We kicked off our Youth Yoga Lab program in 2020 Caldwell Arts Academy and have seen positive results. In 2021, we returned to Caldwell and expanded our program to Clarkston Elementary and Legacy High School. For the 2022-2023 school year, we are back at Caldwell and Clarkston. Youth Yoga Lab empowers youth with mental health tools to navigate the stresses of life. Your support allows us to grow and offer our classes for free to students which removes the barrier of accessing mental health resources.
