For over 30 years, AIGA St. Louis has been a vital hub for the local design community — from students and freelancers to creative directors, agency owners, and design educators. We've been here through it all, creating opportunities, sparking connections, and building a more inclusive and inspired STL through the power of design.

But the landscape has changed. In the last 5 years, local chapters like ours no longer receive financial support from AIGA National. We are 100% grassroots — powered by volunteers, funded by generous individuals and businesses, and driven by the belief that design can shape the future of our region.

Your donation helps us continue to:

• Host free and low-cost events

• Support students and emerging talent

• Offer professional development

• Champion design as a tool for social and economic impact

Each year, AIGA members develop and produce more than 1,000 local events through AIGA chapters across the country, including design lectures, portfolio reviews, networking sessions, competitions, exhibitions, and studio tours-see the events section for upcoming events near you!

To augment these local activities, AIGA produces national programs to support all members. These initiatives have been made possible through the support of our generous partners and sponsors, as well as the efforts of many thousands of members.

In St. Louis we continue to push the design community forward with programs that focus on the St. Louis designer. From Graphic, Fashion, Architecture and more we are here as the culture force that unites and develops the design community.
