Friends of the Library would like more members to help with our published Mission Statement. The Alba Library and Museum works very hard to order and maintain a great number of books including fiction, non fiction, biographies, Texana, true crime, westerns, large prints, young adults and all ages of children. The museum provides valuable history on the Alba-Golden area with new items coming in from extended families monthly. There are two large rooms full of Alba-Golden historical mementoes. There are Alba citizens that have been in the area for years and are amazed and surprised to see this wonderful resource. The Friends of the Library are proud to be a part of this great resource for the Alba-Golden community.
