Alliance for Aging

A nonprofit organization

The Alliance for Aging is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping older adults live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes and communities.

We operate the Aging & Disability Resource Center, a vital hub that responds to more than 220,000 calls and inquiries each year from elders, people with disabilities, and caregivers seeking guidance on available programs and how to access them. The Alliance is also the gateway for Medicaid Long-Term Care Services in our region.1

With an approved network of partner agencies, we connect older adults with essential services, including nutritious meals, transportation, personal care assistance, homemaking support, and other resources that help them avoid unnecessary nursing home placement.

In a single year, funding for the Alliance helped deliver:

  • 1.3 million meals served at community sites
  • 1.7 million meals delivered to homes
  • 150,000+ transportation trips
  • 192,000 hours of personal care services
  • 200,000+ hours of chore and homemaking assistance

Every number represents a life supported, a need met, and a neighbor empowered to live well at home.

Please join us with your donation to improve the quality of life for our elders.
