To improve the health and well-being of the area citizens while enhancing the quality of life of its animals. To serve the region with pride by supporting low-cost sterilization procedures by quality veterinarian services. To encourage and promote responsible pet ownership in our communities.

Animal Protection League is a nonprofit organization that was created in 1996 to offer quality low-cost preventative care services such as spay/neuter, vaccinations, parasite testing and prevention throughout East Texas. APL has three offices, as well as three mobile surgical units which allows us to operate 3-4 locations daily bringing our reach to a total of 30 East Texas cities.
