Arizona State Parks Foundation (ASPF) is the statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting, enhancing and advocating for Arizona's State Parks & Trails. ASPF is committed to ensure state parks and trail users affordable access to the finest possible experience while visiting Arizona's natural, cultural and recreational resources.

Recognizing Arizona's continued population growth and the increased demand on the parks & trails system, the Foundation exists and is authorized as a private nonprofit organization to build wide-ranging support. The Foundation is expanding its role in concert with the agency to develop strategies for raising operating revenues, maintaining parks & trails, expanding special events and cultivating a network of PARK PEOPLE annual donors across the state.

Arizona State Parks Foundation was established in 2004 for the specific mission of supporting the parks agency and has contributed more than $1.3 million in support of Arizona State Parks & Trails. Governed by a Board of Directors the Foundation offers park patrons, visitors and annual donors tax-deductible opportunities to make a difference and support and their Arizona State Parks & Trails. In the face of Arizona's sprawling growth and development, exceptional places have been set aside for the recreational, environmental and cultural enjoyment of Arizonans and all who visit our state and its natural resources. Our lakes, rivers, historic buildings and rich natural areas are Arizona State Parks & Trails. Our state's natural beauty and open spaces are one of our greatest asset and contributes greatly to the state's economy.
