Ashley Soulé Conroy Foundation

At the ASCF, we inspire and support students in need in their study abroad goals so they may take part in a broader education system, grow as students, and improve the world we share.

The Ashley Soulé Conroy Foundation was founded in memory of longtime New Orleans resident Ashley Soulé Conroy and supports students in need in their study abroad goals. Each semester, we review hundreds of applications from students all over the United States from which we choose three unique candidates to receive a $4000 scholarship and represent the ASCF abroad. We prioritize awarding scholarships to women and students of color. To date, the ASCF has supported 40 students who have traveled to such places as Japan, China, Prague, Greece, Italy, Spain, India, Australia, Africa, Ireland, Costa Rica, London, Russia, France, Peru, Scotland, New Zealand, Denmark, and Germany among others and look forward to continuing this mission. Because we, like Ashley, believe in the ability for travel to change a life and for that life to make a positive impact in the world.
