Associated Artists of Pittsburgh

Associated Artists of Pittsburgh (AAP) enhances the region's cultural vitality and promotes visual arts excellence by showcasing artists' work through contemporary exhibitions, providing community-based education programs, and facilitating a broad dialogue to engage artists with one another and the community.

AAP works hard to bring our members' work to the public by providing numerous opportunities for artist exposure and public education. Our exhibition program offers a balance of juried, curated, members only and open exhibitions, as well as accompanying artist talks. Our exhibitions serve our two-fold mission of fostering a love of the fine arts and advancing art in the Pittsburgh region. Our exhibitions provide a professional platform for our artists to develop and hone their abilities and exposure to the public. Member artists present artwork from an expansive range of media, currently being produced by regional artists, to the general public. By maintaining both of these objectives AAP is able to enrich the cultural assets of the region.
