At AUM hOMe Shala, our mission is to harness the healing power of yoga to transform lives, particularly for those facing mental health challenges. We are deeply committed to supporting individuals on their healing journeys from conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, addiction, eating disorders, and body image concerns.

Our dedication to this mission is reflected in the creation of our 100-Hour Yoga Therapy for Mental Health training. This specialized program equips our students with the tools and knowledge to apply a comprehensive three-pronged approach in working with clients who face these challenges. Beyond the classroom, our teachers actively bring yoga into homeless shelters and rehab facilities, providing support to some of the most vulnerable populations in our community.

Your generosity on Give Miami Day helps us continue this vital work, offering free yoga therapy classes to those in need, and expanding our reach to even more individuals who can benefit from these therapeutic practices.
