Inspiring leadership and community engagement for a sustainable world through volunteer service to natural and cultural history organizations in the state of Arizona.

We train volunteer leaders to assist organizations with natural and cultural history education, stewardship, and citizen science programs. Our volunteers participate in a 60 hour course designed to build team-building, facilitation, and administrative skills such that they can help volunteer coordinators develop new programs or lead other volunteers in the field. They are also willing and able to participate in any volunteer experience available to our communities by supporting partners.
