Bullard Community Library

A nonprofit organization

The Mission of the Bullard Community Library is to be a community resource which provides programs and services to people of all ages, races, and capabilities.

The Bullard Community Library is a place of education and encouragement which provides varied resources in a welcoming atmosphere to people of all ages and capabilities, fosters cultural arts, encourages intercultural relationships and forges partnerships to serve the community.

Bullard Community Library provides its patrons with 20,054 books in print, 670 audio books, 1,536 movies and 29,171 E- books.

We aim to keep these collections up to date so our patrons can check out the current best sellers. (And this takes MONEY.)

We have five public computers with Microsoft Office that are connected to the internet. Other services include copying, notary, fax, and free WiFi.

We have story hour for the preschoolers every Thursday at 10:30 am and daily activities for all children, youth, and teens in the summer.

Our total operating cost is $57,102. We receive $12,000 plus water from the City of Bullard. The rest of the budget comes from donations and fund raisers.

If you receive a Bullard Water bill, a Bullard Library card is FREE. Otherwise, it is $5.00 annually.

Our library is a friendly, happy place. Come visit us! We would love to get to know you!
