The mission of Lighthouse Family Ministries is to share the light of Christ through outreach, encouragement, and support for families. Guided by the love of Christ, Lighthouse Family Ministries' vision is to create a community where every family thrives, by faithfully supporting opportunities for personal, social and spiritual growth.

Lighthouse Family Ministries (LFM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Bedias, Texas, dedicated to sharing the light of Christ in our community. Our goal is to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of families in the community. Founded and led by Janie Johnson, who brings three decades of children's ministry experience, LFM provides programs that foster resilience, growth, and community connection. Current initiatives include monthly outreach events that we call "Faith & Family Fun Nights" that provide families with meals, activities, Bible lessons and free resources. A cornerstone initiative of LFM is the development of Kids Club, an after-school program designed for children in grades K-5 that offers homework support, a healthy snack, mentoring, Bible-based lessons, enrichment activities, and meals to take home. LFM serves children and families in Bedias and surrounding communities, with a vision of building stronger family dynamics, spiritual growth, and healthier communities. Through Christ-centered support and practical care, LFM is making a tangible impact by offering the hope of Jesus Christ and fostering long-term transformation in the community
