Benton Park West Neighborhood Association

Top concerns for residents in Benton Park West (BPW) include crime + safety, youth activities + programs, health issues, access to employment, and housing issues. We work towards alleviating these concerns through multiple programs such as safety + quality of life, beautification, and youth programs. Youth programs include, but not limited to, Easter Eggstravaganza and Trunk or Treat. Beautification projects include, but not limited to, monthly litter clean days, bi-annual alley clean up events, street tree plantings, and corner flower pots. Safety + Quality of Life projects include, but not limited to, NOM, Citizens on Patrol, Safe Spot blog posts (safety tips), monthly meetings with STL Police, Lights, Camera, Action campaign (ensuring street and alley lights are functioning, porch lights are on/working, home cameras used to help solve crimes).
