Over the years, we have created the infrastructure of staff, partners, programs, and relationships that is essential for fulfilling our comprehensive model to create a stronger St. Louis region. Our holistic approach includes economic opportunity, education, youth achievement, health care, financial stability, environmental sustainability, and more.

In solidarity with the local community, we intentionally focus resources in ways that will have the greatest impact. For example, Carter Commons is a $6.5 million economic development that further strengthens the commercial and residential corridor along Page Avenue in Pagedale. Our housing department owns or manages over 800 rental homes in the St. Louis region and helps serve the residents with additional needs. The education department houses four programs that serve over 3,000 students and their families in the Normandy School District. We also have government relations and community engagement, forestry, community health, small business, home repair, and financial advising departments serving over 5,000 residents in the 24:1 Community annually.

Keep an eye on our social media feeds to learn more about Beyond Housing and our comprehensive model of creating lasting change for the region. We believe there is a better St. Louis for everyone. A St. Louis region that is more equitable and prosperous-not by bringing any of us down but by pulling those less fortunate among us up.

Despite all the upheavals in our current world-or, more accurately, because of them-we believe now is the time to come together to finally address the long-standing issues that have held so many of our fellow St. Louisans, as well as our entire region, back so that we can all move forward-once and for all.
