NOE Black & Gold Hearts

The Black & Gold Hearts offers your child a chance to learn the art of dancing and home skills. Our professional instructors will give them a solid foundation and proper knowledge to become better dancers. We use a specific approach in training young dancers, focusing on mentoring them in their everyday life issues and providing tutoring, and more. We're also extending the program to teens, high school, and college students.

The program impact has made a big difference by giving the students a home away from home. They look forward to the program and feel that we are making a difference in their lives. Nurturing is so important when kids look up to their mentors.
