BLOOM Dance, Inc

BLOOM Dance, Inc is a 501(c) 3community engagement organization which aims to fortify the mental/social emotional health and wellness of youth, through dance education, which is imperative to enhancing the quality of youth development. By providing students with high caliber dance training, yoga, arts & crafts, wellness workshops, and performance opportunities, BLOOM Dance programming nurtures a confidence and self-awareness that will propel students to success in any walk of life.

BLOOM Dance programming bridges the gap between dance and wellness programing. BLOOM Dance Experience is a cohesive learning program that encourages self-confidence, and positive self-talk . Over the course of the workshop, BLOOM Dance presents students with tools to strengthen their mental stamina and self-confidence. Over the course of Saturdays between June 19-August 7, BLOOM Dance Experience attendees participate in:

Yoga & Meditation
Dance Class (Modern, Jazz, W. African or Creative Movement)
Empower Hour (Activities and discussions focused on building confidence, emotional awareness, etc).
