Bluegrass Center for Autism (BCA)

Building Brighter Futures for Individuals with Autism—One Goal at a Time.

BCA is a nonprofit behavioral health organization delivering high-quality, individualized care for individuals with autism across the lifespan. With a commitment to ethical excellence, BCA goes beyond insurance reimbursement to meet the true needs of those it serves—offering intensive therapy, adult day training, and prevocational programs rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Serving over 2,600 hours of therapy weekly to individuals from 37 zip codes—including those from out of state—BCA is reshaping what autism services can look like: client-centered, community-integrated, and life-changing.

Your gift supports BCA’s $10 million capital campaign to expand services at its newly completed Fern Creek campus and to relocate its MidCity campus—creating safe, welcoming, and transformative spaces for children and adults with autism. Through our prevocational program, adults volunteer at partner organizations like Meals on Wheels, WaterStep, and Eco Cell, gaining purpose and life skills with the support of Job Coaches.

Insurance doesn’t cover everything. But your donation helps ensure that individuals with intensive needs receive the care they deserve—regardless of cost.

Together, we can build a future where every person with autism is empowered to thrive.
