To facilitate the peaceful resolution of conflicts by utilizing impartial third parties who apply mediation and other alternative dispute resolution techniques within Brazos and the surrounding counties.

The Brazos Valley Dispute Resolution Center is a private, non-profit, 501(c)(3) corporation, committed to providing high-quality, low-cost mediations and arbitrations to Brazos and the surrounding counties. We handle civil disputes, business disputes, divorce cases, child custody cases, and many more. We are committed to helping our community reach peaceful resolutions. By offering low cost and no cost mediations, we are able to alleviate some of the pressure on our Court systems. We are also able to offer citizens an alternative to a long Court process.
