Children's Advocacy Center of Greater West Texas

A nonprofit organization

Children's Advocacy Center of Greater West Texas, Inc. (CAC) strives to prevent child abuse and neglect and ensure every child in our community has a safe and nurturing home. In addition, we offer services throughout the child's journey to ensure their needs are met. All services provided are free of charge to the child and their families.

Children's Advocacy Center of Greater West Texas, Inc. (CAC) provides better outcomes for children and families through the power of advocation, protection, prevention, and action. We serve as the independent, neutral advocate for children and families in our community through our services and programs. Our programs include Hope House (forensic interviews and multi-disciplinary team coordination with community partners), Court Appointed Special Advocate, known as CASA (volunteer advocates for children in the foster care system), Family & Youth Services (special prevention programs), Therapy Services (Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) and LPC-Associates on staff) and Community Development & Engagement (education, volunteer coordination, Child Sex Trafficking Team Initiative, and outreach/awareness). These programs work together to make CAC the leader in ensuring every child in our community has a safe and nurturing home. We currently serve over 5,800 individuals in the Concho Valley.
