Across Alexandria and beyond, countless fathers and young people face barriers that limit their potential.

Capital Youth Empowerment Program (CYEP) is working to change that.

CYEP’s Fathers In Tech equips men with the tools to be engaged, responsible, and nurturing parents. Through workshops on parenting, financial literacy, employment readiness, and healthy relationships, fathers gain the confidence and skills to break cycles of instability and become pillars in their families and communities.

But our impact doesn’t stop there.

Through our youth program, Project Success, we empower the next generation with life skills, academic support, and career exposure to help them thrive in school, work, and beyond. Our culturally competent staff and evidence-based approach create safe, supportive environments where youth can dream bigger and reach higher.
