Northeast Texas CASA strives to provide hope, healing, and justice by advocating for abused and neglected children through comprehensive services at the Texarkana Children's Advocacy Center and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA).

CASA for Children and the Texarkana Children's Advocacy Center (TCAC) have provided critical services to children and families impacted by abuse and neglect in Greater Texarkana for over 35 years. CASA strives to provide hope, healing, and permanency to children in foster care by empowering community volunteers to advocate on their behalf. The TCAC facilitates a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) Response to child abuse investigations and are first responders to most cases of sexual abuse, severe physical abuse, and violent crime experienced or witnessed by a child. The Center provides forensic services for MDT partners in law enforcement and child protective services and provides families with advocacy and therapy services needed to heal.
