Catholic Future Foundation of Northeast Nebraska

A nonprofit organization

The Archbishop's Legacy For Catholic Educators Fund, in honor of Archbishop George J. Lucas.

The purpose of this fund is to provide financial assistance through grants to retain high-quality teachers in Catholic schools through professional development and continuing education, retention bonuses for certified teachers to encourage longevity in the profession and increased school contributions toward employee health insurance premiums to reduce financial strain on educators.

The Catholic Futures Foundation of Northeast Nebraska (CFF) offers a means to support religious and educational missions within the Archdiocese of Omaha, its parishes and schools. Donors may make specific or general gifts directly to the CFF to support Catholic programs operating under the auspices of the Archdiocese of Omaha.  Donors have the option to make cash gifts, gifts of securities, gifts of property, life insurance, annuities and other approved gifts.  If you wish to use one of these options, please contact Bonnie Nebuda, Stewardship & Development Foundation Officer at blnebuda@archomaha.org or 402-557-5659.

Gifts to the CFF are tax deductible, as the CFF qualifies as an organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

In addition, the CFF manages endowment and other restricted funds for Omaha Archdiocesan parishes, schools and ministries and ensures that those funds are invested in ways that are consistent with Catholic values.
