We do this by:

• Nourishing the hungry and sheltering those experiencing homelessness through our team at the Chester Family Services Center
  


• Strengthening and supporting at-risk children, youth and families at the Chester Family Services Center


• Stabilizing and enriching the lives of seniors through our Elder Care programs at St. Andrew, St. Joseph and St. Laurence parishes
  


• Empowering individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities at The Communities of Don Guanella and Divine Providence.
