Community Care Connections Inc.

The Mission of Community Care Connections, Inc. is to provide programs and services that empower children and adults with disabilities to live more safely and independently in their homes, schools, neighborhoods and communities.

Life skills, socialization, recreation, safety, education and relationship building for school aged children or adults of all ages who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, and summer day camp for children with disabilities who are school aged. Participants in these programs 'learn by doing' and repeating the skills needed to empower them to live safely and independently in their homes, schools, neighborhoods and communities.
