CCCO's mission is to promote and develop economic opportunities for children, youth, and adults with educational, financial, and social services, including services aimed at reducing recidivism .

Central City Community OutReach, Inc. (CCCO) is an outreach arm of the Central City Christian Fellowship Church. CCCO was formed out of the need to address educational, economical, and nutritional deficiencies in the Central City area of New Orleans, LA. CCCO was incorporated on November 12, 2009 as a Louisiana not-for-profit organization and received its exempt status on April 7, 2010.

CCCO is partnered with the following agencies/ organizations: Healthcare for the Homeless (HCH); UNITY of Greater N.O.; Metropolitan Human Services District (MHSD); 211NOLA; Unite Us Network; Second Harvest Food Bank; American Heart Association; City of N.O. Neighborhood Engagement; City of N.O. Health Department; Re-Entry Mediation Institute of Louisiana; Entergy; Aetna Medicine Solutions; JenCare; Goodwill Industries; Mission Rebirth; United Cajun Navy; 2nd Chance Living; United Healthcare Community Plan; Toys for Tots; Hands On NOLA; & The National Guard.

In 2021, CCCO has done the following:
In partnership with SHFB & 211 NOLA, consistently served an average of 60 families/month 24,950 lbs of food. In partnership with Unite Us (May-December) served 40 clients emergency boxed food. In partnership with The National Guard & The LA Dept of Health, gave COVID Vaccinations (Pfizer (1st & 2nd), Moderna (1st & 2nd), Jensen, & Boosters) to 79 individuals during two 3 hrs events. In partnership with Re-Entry Mediation Institute of Louisiana, Entergy, Aetna, JenCare, Goodwill, Mission Rebirth, United Cajun Navy, 2nd Chance Living, & United Healthcare Community Plan had 2 Service Day Events to giveaway truckloads of supplies (cleaning, sanitization, baby, etc.) prepared food, & bottled water and to offer Medicare/Medicaid enrollment to individuals & families in the community. In partnership with Toys for Tots & Hands On NOLA, gave away several boxes of gifts of various types to 120 Youth, ages 3 months thru 16 years old.

In 2022, partnership with the N.O. Health Department, CCCO is a participant in the City's Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) Priority to Improve Economic Stability through healthy homes, food security, and healthy workplaces. In partnership with Re-Entry Mediation Institute of Louisiana, CCCO has designated an Inclusive ReEntry Mediator to co-mediate with a designate of Re-Entry Mediation Institute of Louisiana in re-entry mediation sessions across Louisiana. In partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank & 211 NOLA, continue to distribute boxed foods to clients. In partnership with Unite Us, continue to distribute emergency foods to referred clients and refer clients to other network partners for assistance. In partnership with the American Heart Association, CCCO hosted the Healthy living program with . In addition, CCCO will maintain all current partnerships and establish new partnerships to serve the community.

To date, CCCO's Food Pantry Program in partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank has served 354 families (142 Seniors, 335 Adults, and 216 Children; 45.7% Female, 35.8 Male, and 18.5% Others) with 17,274 lbs of food in the last year.
In the last year, CCCO's Formerly Incarcerated Persons (FIP) ReEntry Housing Program in partnership with DOC, which houses 4 men up to 6 months at a time, has served 7 FIPs; and our newly established House Search Program has served 21 individuals.
