The Chapel Hill ISD Education Foundation's mission is to provide opportunities for excellence in education and partner with the community to enhance the quality of education for all students. This is accomplished through the foundation's objectives: enhancing and enriching educational opportunities for students, supporting staff for innovative efforts and involving the community in ensuring a quality education for the leaders and workers of tomorrow.

The CHISD Education Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing educational opportunities within Chapel Hill ISD. The foundation, which was established in May of 2021, is made up of seven officers and eight board members. The mission for the non-profit organization is to provide grants to teachers. Teachers are asked to create and present an innovative project aligning with the district's curriculum and Texas Education Agency's Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). The foundation depends solely on volunteers and donations. This Spring the foundation received its exemption from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3).
