Climate Mobilization Project is building power for a national transformation that rapidly restores a safe climate and creates a just and democratic society. Our vision is a safe climate, democratic society, and just economy where all communities and the living world flourish for generations to come.

2024 has been a heartbreaking year of ecological collapse, genocide, and global inequality. It's clear that capitalism and colonialism have brought us to the brink of disaster. In this era, Climate Mobilization Project is answering the call for new approaches to movement-building that confront the root causes of the global crisis head-on.



Climate Mobilization Project and our partners are designing and launching "survival programs": grassroots efforts that build access to food, energy, water, care, and economic self-determination while bringing more people into the climate justice movement. With BIPOC youth leaders from more than 40 organizations in the South and Southwest, we have woven these local efforts into a nationwide movement for our survival. Our next step together is to grow the movement for survival in every community across the U.S.



With your support, in fall 2024 Climate Mobilization Project will engage people across the U.S. to launch a national movement for survival through trainings, how-to guides and a national network that will help people organize their communities for survival and long-term power -- all at a moment when millions of people will be looking for ways to take action.



Your gift today connects one more community member with this movement and supports grassroots organizers who are doing critical work in their communities by: 1) providing training and resources for young BIPOC climate justice leaders; 2) launching survival and resilience programs that build food, water, and energy sovereignty led by BIPOC and working-class communities on the frontlines of the climate crisis; and 3) strengthening a national movement of people organizing for survival, from Kentucky to Richmond to Las Vegas.
