Chamber Music Society of St. Louis

A nonprofit organization

CMSSL chamber music concerts are performed in an informal cabaret-style where audiences can enjoy a beverage at their table while listening to some of the finest musicians in St. Louis performing in the intimate environment of the Sheldon Ballroom.

Master Classes are available to St. Louis area students to perform solo and chamber works guided by CMSSL artists. This program is FREE to students who are enrolled in a school music program, work with a private lesson instructor, or have similar musical guidance.
The Master Class Series serves a diverse group of students representing more than 30 area schools. Classes are held in the Chapel at the 560 Music Center - 560 Trinity Ave. University City, MO 63130.
ALL MASTER CLASSES ARE FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Our Concert Pass Collaborative provides students with a means to experience a number of St. Louis' most innovative and extraordinary ensembles free of charge. Concert Pass admits holders to concerts presented by the six participating organizations over the course of the entire season! Concert Pass Collaborative is offered to both individual students with a student ID and to educational institutions.

Chamber Music Society of St. Louis Young Artist Chamber Program works in partnership with the Preparatory Program of the Community Music School at Webster University, serving our mission to nurture exceptional emerging chamber music ensembles in support of the next generation of artists in the St. Louis community. The program provides outstanding student musicians the collaborative experience of working in chamber ensembles with professional guidance.
