Community Connections at Findley Lake is about Aging in Place, in one's community of choice. We can transport you to the doctors, grocery store and pharmacy. CCAFL will also pick up your groceries and prescriptions if needed. On staff we have two Home Health Advocates and one Companion. The Home Health Advocates will go to your doctors appointments for support, if needed. Our Companion will visit and play games, read or just talk with you. Each month we have educational & fun programs, bingo, game day and coffee hour. Our staff can help you with Medicare and assistance Programs. We will support what ever needs you have.
