Community Foundation of Monroe County

The Community Foundation plays a unique role in
Monroe County.  We are the organization that brings people, public
bodies, and non-profits together to meet critical needs while pooling
charitable assets to put investment returns in the community. We are building the only Unrestricted endowment fund for Monroe County.  We are crucial in enabling community
groups to work efficiently by managing fiscal responsibilities. 
 We help individuals realize their dreams of creating scholarship and
grant programs and making it possible for donors to grow and sustain their
contributions to Monroe County non-profits.   In brief, we meet a
wide array of needs. Now, as we expand our outreach, we invite donors to invest
in the future of Monroe County—ensuring a stronger, more vibrant community, now
and forever.
