Community Volunteer Transportation Company (CVTC)

Helping our neighbors in the Monadnock Region stay healthy and independent one ride at a time.

For many of our neighbors who don't have access to a vehicle due to age, ability, economics, or other circumstances, there can be very few transportation options. Since 2008, Community Volunteer Transportation Company (CVTC) has been working to address unmet transportation needs in the 36 towns in our region.

By offering "no fee" transportation for those without access, CVTC's team of staff and volunteers positively impact our communities in three primary ways.

Serving our neighbors in need of transportation by providing non-emergency medical or social service appointments and to the grocery store, bank, post office, or pharmacy.

Serving our neighbors looking for meaningful ways to make a difference.

Serving public health by partnering with local hospitals, human service agencies, and municipalities to support the health, safety, and well-being of our communities.

We have a goal of 80 Volunteer Drivers by the end of 2026 to meet the need of our increased ride requests. Your support builds our capacity to meet that goal. Your NH GIVES donation will help CVTC continue our mission of Transportation for Everyone! 

Who We Are

To optimize health, well-being, and independence, CVTC coordinates transportation options for people throughout the Monadnock Region in southwestern NH. We achieve this primarily through our Volunteer Driver Program. We provide non-emergency medical, social services and other basic need rides to those without access to transportation because of their age, ability, income, and/or life circumstance. We positively impact the lives of our citizens and provide hope with each mile we drive.
