Compassion Connect

A nonprofit organization

Our mission is to bring churches together to serve their neighborhoods through medical and dental events for the uninsured, care centers that offer life transforming solutions to high risk families, by meeting their physical needs; hunger, health issues, and education, information and resources.

We proactively operate programs that unite churches and other organizations to serve the underserved in their communities. This is accomplished through a variety of models:

San Tan Valley Compassion Care Center- Established January 2016- This model features workshops to strengthen a family's financial stability through job services, counseling, parenting classes, pregnancy services, utility assistance, and life skills development. In addition, the center provides food, clothing, hygiene, diapers and housewares to guests that participate in programs. In 2018 we served 374 families through over 1800 visits and made over 4000 referrals for services. Since 2016 we have served over 600 unique families, more than 4000 visits and had over 23,000 volunteer hours.

Compassion Clinics - We unite and equip churches in a geographical to provide one day, recurring, medical/dental/vision events bring health and restoration to uninsured individuals and families while connecting them to social services and churches for a more holistic approach to healing. These events also provide clothing, haircuts, hygiene products and a variety of other services. In 2018, our local clinic, Compassion Queen Creek had a total economic impact of over $200,000. Since 2011 we have provided over a million dollars in medical and dental care to our community and had over 50,000 volunteer hours.

Adorned in Grace Design Studios - An outreach to teen and pre-teen advocates and their at-risk friends where they can learn life skills and elements of design through activities such as jewelry making, sewing, painting, and culinary arts.
Weekly workshops for at-risk youth are designed to prevent human trafficking, sexual and domestic violence, substance abuse and other risky behaviors. We started this model in November 2018 with one group at one site and 6 girls enrolled. We currently have 2 groups and 22 girls enrolled at one site. Our goal is to grow the Design Studio model to 3 sites, 6 groups and 75 girls enrolled by Jan. 2020
