The mission of Cooperative Health is to provide accessible, high quality, compassionate health care in the spirit of the Good Samaritan.

Cooperative Health is a non-profit, community health care system that offers primary health care services to families of the Midlands of South Carolina. Cooperative Health is in its 35th year of service to the community and served over 56,000 unique patients last year as a Federally Qualified Health Center and Certified Patient Centered Medical Home. Our medical services are intended to nurture the health and well-being of everyone in our community - all ages, all backgrounds, and all abilities.
