Each year, CrescentCare serves over 13,000 people in Southeast Louisiana with an approach that focuses on providing holistic medical care, mental health and dental care. We offer primary and preventative medical care, including pediatrics, women's health, sexual wellness and LGBTQ services. Our mental health care includes therapy, groups, and psychiatry. We offer preventative and advanced dental care at our St. Roch location. Support services include case management, chronic disease management, peer support, life skills, nutrition, insurance enrollment, tobacco cessation, harm reduction, health education and addiction recovery programs.

The NO/AIDS Task Force was founded over forty years ago and focused on people living with HIV. To better meet the evolving health needs in our community we grew, evolved and changed our name to the NO/AIDS Task Force doing business as CrescentCare. As a community health center we serve anyone who needs high quality and affordable healthcare.
