Helping People. Changing Lives. The mission of Concho Valley Community Action Agency is to provide a variety of services in partnership with community resources to improve lives and empower people in the Concho Valley area.

Concho Valley Community Action Agency has proudly served our community for nearly 60 years. We provide a variety of stabilization services to low-income individuals, families, and homeless neighbors, right here in San Angelo and beyond, serving 14 counties.

Community action changes people's lives, embodies the spirit of hope, improves communities, and makes America a better place to live. We care about the entire community, and we are dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other.
