Dress for Success New Orleans

The mission of Dress for Success New Orleans is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and development tools to help women thrive in work and life.

Through tailored programs and a continuum of services, Dress for Success New Orleans supports over 500 women and individuals identifying as women each year as they move from job-seeking to job-secure. All services are free and designed to meet women where they are. Programs include:

Suiting Program - Personalized styling sessions providing interview and employment attire, including suits, shoes, and accessories
Hospitality Corner - Uniforms and essentials for women entering hospitality roles, supported by The Coca-Cola Foundation
Career Center - Personalized assistance with resumes, cover letters, mock interviews, and job readiness workshops
Professional Women's Group - Monthly networking events and continued education to support employment retention
Digital Skills Ready - Technology training to enhance digital literacy and competitiveness in the job market
Women 2 Women Mentoring - One-on-one initiatives to foster personal and professional growth through guidance and support.​
